1) Either browse
the catalogue using the categories on the right of this page, or
enter a word to search for in the search box above. If you know
the code of the sign you are looking for then this can also be entered
to very quickly find what you are looking for.
2) Once you
have found the sign you require click on it once to show all the
available sizes and materials for that particular sign. Pay particular
attention to the material. Most signs are available in both Vinyl
and Rigid material so these options have been colour coded to make
it easier to distinguish between the two.
3) Enter the
quantity you require next to the relevent sign option. You can enter
quantities for more than one option at a time if required. Once
this is done click 'Add to Cart'.
4) Having clicked
'Add to Cart' you will then be shown the contents of your shopping
cart. From this page you can see the total of your purchase, change
quantities and remove items all together. If you do make a change
on this page then click the 'Recalculate' button to alter the totals.
You can then go back and continue shopping or proceed with your
order.
5) There are
three different ways to pay for the signs that you have selected.
Firstly you have the option to pay online using a credit card. This
is done via Worldpay. Secondly, if you are an existing Display Signs
account holder you can simply submit your order to be added to your
account. Thirdly you can use the proforma invoice method.
Refunds
Our aim is to
offer our customers full satisfaction with the signs that they purchase
from displaysigns.net. If for any reason you are not happy with
our service or products, please let us know.
In the event
of short or incorrect delivery please notify us within 48 hours
of receipt and we will arrange replacement signs immediately.
In the event
of non delivery of goods 7 days after the order date please contact
us so that a trace can be put on your order. If the goods have not
been delivered within 28 days you will be offered a full credit
/ refund or replacement signs.
In the event
of all or part of your order being damaged please return the goods
to us and they will be replaced and the return postage or carrier
charge refunded. Alternatively a credit/ refund can be made.
These terms
do not affect your statutory rights.
